It's official. Jeffrey Tambor will be returning for the fifth season of Arrested Development. Creator of the series Mitch Hurwitz announced the remix of the fourth season earlier this week.

The Emmy-winning actor's role in the sitcom that's garnered a cultlike following since its 2003 Fox debut came under question late past year following accusations of sexual misconduct on the set of Amazon's "Transparent".

The Emmy-winning Transparent star was sacked in February following a three-month investigation into allegations that he had sexually harassed a Transparent guest star and a former assistant, leading to questions about his role in the upcoming season of Arrested Development. It's worth noting that he has denied the allegations on a number of occasions, saying he has "never been a predator - ever", in a statement released a year ago.

Colbert opened the show talking about how odd it is that Trump stopped celebrating Cinco de Mayo once he became president. Cinco de Mayo marks the Mexican Army's underdog victory against the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla in 1862.

Tambor has been one of the bigger names affected by #MeToo as the previously mentioned sexual misconduct allegations caused him to be fired from his Emmy winning role in the Amazon Studios TV series Transparent a few months ago. Meanwhile, Netflix has released season 4 in the proper chronological format instead of individual episodes focusing on specific characters.

"I am profoundly disappointed in Amazon's handling of these false accusations against me", Tambor said in a statement. "In our four-year history of working together on this incredible show, these accusations have NEVER been revealed or discussed directly with me or anyone at Amazon". Still, many wondered if he would be included in the new season of Arrested Development. She felt his privates on her hips.

"I am deeply sorry if any action of mine was ever misinterpreted by anyone as being sexually aggressive or if I ever offended or hurt anyone. The fact is, for all my flaws, I am not a predator and the idea that someone might see me in that way is more distressing than I can express", Tambor said of the sexual harassment allegations. Tambor denied the claims, calling her "disgruntled".
