The NTSB report, which explains the fatal crash in detail, is yet to determine a probable cause of the crash and the organisation is still investigating the accident.

The Tesla was no longer following a lead vehicle four seconds before the crash.

He said the vehicle would be unveiled in March and begin production in 2020 along with Tesla Semi and the new Roadster.

Tesla's semi-autonomous Autopilot mode has come under scrutiny following other recent crashes. Huang was pulled from the auto and was pronounced dead at a hospital.

In the minute leading up to the crash, investigators said Huang had placed his hands on the steering wheel three separate times, for a total of 34 seconds, but he didn't touch the steering wheel in the six seconds leading up to the crash. Autopilot uses sensors to determine when there is a vehicle in the lane ahead and adjusts the set speed lower.

Shareholders sided with the board's recommendations on all agenda items, Todd Maron, Tesla's general counsel, said during the company's annual meeting Tuesday in Mountain View, California.

James, who can be a free agent in July, stopped just short of saying the Cavaliers don't have enough to beat these Warriors. On a night when Curry and Klay Thompson combined to shoot 7-of-27, Durant kept the Warriors in the game.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has rebuffed a shareholder attempt to overhaul the electric vehicle maker's board and strip him of his role as chairman, despite worries about the company's shaky finances and inability to meet its production goals for its first mass-market sedan. It hit the divider at that speed without braking or making any evasive steering maneuvers, according to the NTSB report. Tesla says drivers are supposed to keep their hands on the wheel at all times when using the system.

Tesla says it is "extremely clear that Autopilot requires the driver to be alert and have hands on the wheel".

As the vehicle approached the paved divider between the main travel lane of U.S. Highway 101 from the state Highway 85 exit ramp, it moved to the left and entered the divider area at approximately 71 miles per hour, striking a previously damaged, SCI smart cushion crash attenuator system.

Tesla Inc shares headed for their best day in more than two years on Wednesday after Chief Executive Elon Musk said the carmaker was now churning out 500 of its Model 3 sedans a day and should achieve its 5,000 per week target by the end of June. A Tesla website says its vehicles have "full self-driving hardware". "The focus is on what led to this crash and how do we prevent it from happening again".

The NTSB said on March 27 that two officials would conduct a field investigation into the incident.

The company said it empathizes with the family's grief, "but the false impression that Autopilot is unsafe will cause harm to others on the road". McPherson tells the I-Team that Tesla's Autopilot doesn't always detect hands, unless the driver is moving the steering wheel.
