Lakers Rumors: LA's Pitch to Sign Paul George Has Been Revealed

The Oklahoma City Thunder are growing increasingly optimistic about their chances of re-signing him. The final part will air after George has made his free agency decision public and will focus on how George ultimately came to his decision.

George's camp showed interest in the Los Angeles Lakers previous year before the Thunder made the deal with the Indiana Pacers to get him; Los Angeles is near his hometown. He could also sign a two-year deal with OKC that includes a player option in Year 2, allowing him to kick the free-agency can down the road one year before doing it all over again in 2019, should he choose.

"Here they have made a huge risk in trading for me, knowing I have one year on my deal", George says of the Thunder. Added he likes Sam Presti, Billy Donovan, and playing with Russell Westbrook.

LeBron James and Kawhi Leonard are targets for Los Angeles.

George has spoken out about the free agency process and said his decision will be based on multiple factors.

But PG13's upcoming free agency is more than about just him.

Argentines support Nigeria in bars, streets... and even on a plane!
Iceland got a lifeline in the 82nd minute with a VAR-awarded penalty but dead-ball specialist Gylfi Sigurdsson blazed over the bar.

George did not make as big of an impact as expected in his first season with the Thunder, and his last game of the year was arguably his worst.

The Paul George sweepstakes are in full swing, and the entire league is in on trying to figure out where he'll end up. "A lot is playing into this, so it's a bit overwhelming".

The Thunder traded for Anthony and George to join Russell Westbrook before last season, moves that gave them high hopes of challenging Golden State in the West.

Where is Paul George most likely to play next season?
