It seems Nana Patekar and Tanushree Dutta's debate will be a long battle.

The panel has also sought an update of investigation into the police complaint filed by Tanushree Dutta.

According to Dutta's advocate Nitin Satpute, the actor will be giving a statement to the police on Sunday.

The Maharashtra State Commission for Women (MSCW) on Tuesday asked Nana Patekar and others to file their replies within the next 10 days.

He also added that the person who had uploaded the video replaced the original actress" name (which was asked in question) with Tanushree Dutta's, who has alleged that Patekar harassed her while shooting for a special dance number for the movie "Horn Ok Pleasss'. She also named choreographer Ganesh Acharya, director Rakesh Sarang and producer Sami Siddiqui as accomplices in the harassment she faced.

On the way out, her vehicle was brutally attacked but with the help of the police, she managed to escape from the spot, the complaint further read.

Victor Waynama and Harry Winks will look to control midfield, while Lucas Moura, Erik Lamela and Heung-Min Son support Harry Kane. Yet, Spurs had chances and took two of them, and they showed real desire to try and drag themselves back into the game.

In a letter, Dutta said that she lodged her complaint for the registration of FIR under Sections 354, 354 (A), Section 34 and Section 509 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).

We were then taken to the police station and my statement was recorded but not as per the complaint.

She also lodged a complaint with CINTAA in March 2008. What I said a decade ago, I will stand by that. Even, the ace choreographer Ganesh Acharya was expected to become part of them, but at the present, it appears like that he has ignored the decision and called off interaction meeting.

Patekar has denied the allegations and had sent Dutta a legal notice to withdraw the claims and issue an apology.

Patekar, who was shooting for upcoming film "Housefull 4" in Jodhpur, landed here Saturday. All I have to say is, if something like this happens to any girl, in any industry, she must speak up and take a charge.
