The family of the three siblings hit and killed at a bus stop in northern in is speaking out.

A Rochester woman was arrested shortly after 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday for her alleged involvement with a fatal accident at a Fulton County bus stop.

"He didn't lose one kid, he lost all of his kids", the children's uncle Elgin Ingle, referring to their father and his brother, told Fox 59.

"Once you got past the shyness, the two boys were a life spark".

He said that the deaths happened in an area that had prompted complaints from parents because the students had to walk across a busy road.

On Wednesday afternoon, Blaine Conley, superintendent of the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation, released a statement that starting on Thursday, the bus stop will be relocated from State Road 25 into the mobile home park when the children lived.

The horrific vehicle crash took place at 7.30am on Tuesday in rural Rochester, Indiana on a two-lane road near 4600 N. State Road 25. I am very appreciative of our teachers, administrators and staff that assisted, comforted, and supported our students and each other today in our schools.

Those who live in the area said they've anxious about the safety of the bus stop in the past. Tony Slocum of the Indiana State Police said, according to NBC in Chicago.
