Expect to see some new characters added to the Smash Bros. Ultimate roster. Nintendo

Ultimate: Ken and the Pokemon Incineroar.

Whatever this new adventure mode is for Super Smash Bros.

Ken of the Street Fighter games and Icineroar of Pokémon will "fight fire with fire" in the new release. It is the final form of Litten.

More than 900 music tracks for more than 28 hours of music will be available.

The Mii Fighter gets some brand new outfits to use, too, with a Splatoon set, an Arms set, a Chibi Robo costume, a Toy-Con set, and a Ray MkIII one all shown.

Whether or not the "leaked" characters will find their way is uncertain - if there's no Banjo-Kazooie we'll feel very cheated - though the inclusion of Incineroar and Piranha Plant does seem to undermine the leaked image.

Saudi Arabia says kingdom to prosecute Khashoggi killers, lauds US ties
Trump has condemned Saudi Arabia's shifting account of the killing of Khashoggi as "the worst cover-up ever". She said: "I would never have wanted to marry him if I had known it would lead to his death".

DLC has been confirmed for the game that will be out post launch.

Spirits will replace collectible trophies, will com in different types, such as Primary and Suppport. Echo Fighters will have moves and properties that closely match another character's. They can level up after battle, be trained, send them off in search of treasure, and can also be fed candy. Ultimate, which features Kirby as the long hero (and true savior, mind you) standing tall after an attack pretty much wipes out all the characters from the game, turning them into Spirits. More than 50 assist trophies will appear in the game. There No more For Fun or For Glory, and players with similar preferences will be matched together.

The game is due out on the Nintendo Switch on December 7.

In addition, the presentation revealed that the Smash World app is in development for release on iOS and Android in 2019.

Nintendo didn't go into massive detail for "World of Light", the new RPG-like adventure gametype, but it did give us plenty of footage.
