A 13-year-old girl from Wisconsin who went missing in October after her parents were murdered has been found alive, officials say.

CBS Minnesota spoke to Jayme's aunt Sue on Thursday evening, who said her niece was now in the hospital.

Kline says he heard on the scanner that Jayme told them who she was, and they brought her to their home. "I think everybody wishes her a good recovery and a happy life going into the future".

There will be a press conference Friday morning at 10 am per the Baron County Sheriff's Facebook page.

No other details are being release. "I want that girl's shopping date we planned".

Jayme Closs was discovered by the Douglas County Sheriff's Department in Gordon, Wisconsin, a town about 65 miles north of where she was last seen.

The notification that Jayme had been found came just four hours after Fitzgerald had taken to Twitter to debunk a report that she had been found alive near Walworth County. The dispatcher called the number back but was unable to leave a voicemail. The call was "pinged" to the Closs home.

The dispatch logs reveal that a responding officer found "the door [to the Closs home had] been kicked in". She said the family is focused on supporting Jayme.

Jayme Closs, 13, vanished early October 15 and her parents were found fatally shot in their home near the town of Barron in northwestern Wisconsin. A search was being organized to find the couple's missing daughter.

A $50,000 reward had been offered for information on Jayme Closs' whereabouts.

Both James and Denise were long-time employees of the Jennie-O Turkey Store in Barron.
