Lianna Shakhnazarian and Mariah Carey
According to a copy of a lawsuit, Mariah Carey says she was betrayed in a huge way by Azarian, who secretly recorded her doing "embarrassing" things and then threatening to release the videos unless the singer brings Eight Million Dollars, TMZ said.
Hours after news broke that Carey had filed a $3 million suit against her former executive assistant, Lianna Shakhnazaryan, for violating their non-disclosure agreement, the ex-employee fired back with a lengthy lawsuit of her own, accusing Carey, and her former manager, Stella Bulochnikov, for a litany of alleged claims.
The documents state that Azarian earned up to $327,000 a year but Carey gave her the pink slip in November 2017.
Mariah Carey is suing her former assistant for allegedly filming her in secret and using the "embarrassing" videos to blackmail her after she was sacked. Reuters was not immediately able to confirm those details.

However, a succession of huge serves got Serena out of the trouble and she promptly reeled off the next four games to complete another hugely convincing win.
Shakhnazaryan claims she was also subjected to "acts of physical abuse" including the "slapping of [her] buttocks and breasts", as well as allegedly being tackled to the ground by Bulochnikov and "urinated upon in the presence of others on multiple occasions". Initially, it was Mariah who was suing Azarian after obtaining evidence that her intimate affairs were being secretly videotaped by the personal assistant.
The court-issued documents describe Bulochnikov's conduct in the following words: "placing objects under her breasts such as iPhones, television remote controls and utensils".
Stella, who previously accused the pop star of sexual harassment, will "discontinue this action against Mariah Carey with prejudice, with each party to bear its own attorneys" fees and costs'.
