Multiple law enforcement agencies in Texas are looking for an escaped prisoner who has three pending murder charges.

Police say employees of a private company transporting Cedric Marks stopped for food in Conroe Sunday, at which point Marks escaped their custody.

Marks was being extradited back to Bell County to face burglary charges connected to his ex-girlfriend Jenna Scott. Their bodies were found January 15 in Oklahoma, and three days later Marks was named a suspect.

He was last seen in an orange jumpsuit, with no shirt, and restraints. The protective order request was denied.

Two women were arrested in MI on charges related to Marks.

Marks was arrested in MI last month on a charge alleging he broke into Scott's home in Temple, Texas, in August.

Fugitive former MMA fighter Cedric Marks is considered "extremely dangerous" by United States police. She also said she had her phone in her hand, and Marks took it from her and threw it. Officials warned the escaped prisoner was "extremely unsafe".
