MS Dhoni is set to return for India

Martin Guptill will miss New Zealand and India T20I series starting on Wednesday, February 6, 2019.

Veteran Mahendra Singh Dhoni is back in the T20 mix after being omitted from the series against Australia a year ago and his performance will also be keenly followed. Following the high of the Test series Down Under, another stellar showing might just convince the selectors to include Pant in the final-15. India has a couple of picks to choose from and come to Wellington on Wednesday; it will be interesting to see what the team management finally decides.

Here are the details of when, where and how you can watch or follow all the action from the 1st T20I between India and New Zealand to be played at the Westpac Stadium in Wellington.

In the absence of Jasprit Bumrah, India also can't afford to drop pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar which leaves them with only one spot of a fast bowler.

They will hope to carry the same form into the shortest format, in which they are yet to have won a single game on New Zealand soil. The Black Caps edged the sub-continental side 1-0 in a two-match away series in 2012 before losing 1-2 in India in 2017-18.

Anthony Davis Doesn’t View Celtics As Long-Term Destination
Davis will not sign an extension with New Orleans and wants to be traded, agent Rich Paul told ESPN . If Irving were traded, it wouldn't be the first time in his career.

Former Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni might be considered as one of the best finishers in the world but he is equally a master when it comes to standing behind the stumps with gloves.

The live TV coverage will be available on Star Sports 1 and Star Sports 1 HD in English commentary while Star Sports 3 and Star Sports 3 HD will show the match in Hindi commentary.

On the other hand, wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant and all-rounder Krunal Pandya will join the Indian squad for the T20Is.

Not been part of the ODI series in Australia and New Zealand, Pant would be looking to make the most of this opportunity at the top of the order, something which even Dhawan mentioned about him during his interaction with the media.
