He later invited her to his home in the Chicago suburb of Olympia Fields, where they had sex multiple times starting the following May, when she was 16, according to the documents, which said he also slapped, choked and spit on the girl. His lawyer, Steven Greenberg, entered a not guilty plea on Kelly's behalf.

The Cook County Attorney's Office on Friday announced Kelly had been charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sexual abuse involving four victims it identified as H.W., R.L., L.C. and J.P. All but the first individual were under 17 during the alleged incidents, which occurred between 1998 and 2010.

This tape is in addition to a recent, 45-minute tape in the hands of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which allegedly features R. Kelly and a 14-year-old girl having sex.

Kelly, who was acquitted of child pornography charges in 2008, has denied wrongdoing and his attorney says he's confident the singer will be vindicated. One of his alleged survivors, Lisa VanAllen, spoke to TMZ and revealed that the details that have emerged about the new sex tapes sound all too familiar.

Kelly has faced several accusations of abuse, manipulation and inappropriate encounters with young girls and women for more than two decades, but he has never been convicted.

Love posted four payments of $25,000 for a total bond of $100,000.

The cars then were pushed out of the fire area to create an artificial break in the fire, he added. The Karnataka Fire Department said that nearly 300 cars were gutted in the fire.

Readers may already be aware that R. Kelly (real name Robert Sylvester Kelly) turned himself over to police custody last Friday, Feb. 22. His attorney, Steve Greenberg, said Cook County State's Attorney, Kim Foxx, succumbed to public pressure and that his client is an innocent man.

Attorney Michael Avenatti claims to have more damning video evidence to corroborate these claims. She listed herself as a "friend" of Kelly.

Given the fact that the charges against Kelly include sexually abusing underage girls, many people are fuming about Valencia's involvement in aiding the three-time Grammy victor. Valencia Love, a 47-year-old woman who lives in suburban Chicago, paid 10 percent of Kelly's $1 million bond to free him after a weekend behind bars.

But her father Timothy Savage said he feared she is suffering from Stockholm syndrome - a psychological condition which sees hostages become attached to their captors.

"No one wants to be jail", Greenberg said.

New evidence has surfaced against R. Kelly including a video where he was caught during the act of the abuse and a t-shirt submitted by one of the victims containing Kelly's DNA.
