Would Bell be interested in reuniting with his former Steelers teammate?

King noted the New York Jets are the favorite to land Bell, but added Washington and Miami are possible destinations too.

Bell is looking for a market-setting deal at the running back spot, but the presumed suitors for his services don't appear to be all that numerous, and some of the teams many thought would be in on the bidding (like the Raiders) may in fact be out.

Wynn, who was in Brown's position group with the New England Patriots for a season, was exuberant on Twitter after hearing the news on Brown's deal, even if it meant his "big bro" was headed across the country.

One sleeper team for RB Le'Veon Bell: The #Raiders. Oakland was 25th in the National Football League in rushing yards. Brown caught nine passes for 67 yards and failed to score a touchdown.

A 2017 BuzzFeed report later alleged he had kept women as virtual sex slaves at homes he owns in Chicago and Atlanta. He spent a weekend in jail on the sex charges before being released on $100,000 bail on February 25.

The Raiders reportedly made another trade not long after acquiring Brown.

Don't be surprised if Oakland replaces Osemele's salary with another highly paid offensive lineman. They sent left guard Kelechi Osemele to the Jets.

What more can you extrapolate from Brown's four-year deal worth up to $66 million, with $36.75 million guaranteed, after one successful year at left tackle, protecting Tom Brady's blind side for the Super Bowl champion New England Patriots?

Granted, the Raiders are now on the hook for a good chunk of cash after giving Brown a post-trade contract (his total compensation for the next three years has increased from $38.925 million to $50.125 million), but it certainly seems worth it for a team with nearly no playmakers.

Free-agent signings can become official at 4 p.m. EDT Wednesday.
