NFL rumors: Latavius Murray to sign with Saints | Could Eagles now get Mark Ingram?

Tuesday, the New Orleans Saints agreed to a contract with Minnesota Vikings running back Latavius Murray. He was looking for a lucrative, long-term contract extension and the Ravens were interested after they released Eric Weddle last week. But ultimately Thomas gets the kind of contract that the Seahawks never wanted to offer.

Should an agreement between Ingram and the Ravens occur today (March 13), it can not become official until the start of the new league year at 3 p.m. Last season, he caught 22 passes for 141 yards.

Thomas reportedly wanted to become the highest-paid safety in the National Football League based on average salary.

Right around the time the Cleveland Browns were executing a blockbuster deal with the New York Giants for superstar wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora reported the Browns were also "feeling good" about possibly landing Thomas as well.

Kelly released from jail after child support paid
In the case of alleged sexual abuse, Kelly was jailed on February 22 and released three days later after posting $100,000 bail. Kelly acquitted of sexually abusing a young girl 11-years ago, now says his client was guilty and he knew it.

Again, fans who have been starving for this move were left feeling empty as Thomas signed with the Baltimore Ravens after Dallas was apparently out due to his price tag.

Murray will join Pro Bowl running back Alvin Kamara and could be a candidate to replace Mark Ingram, who became an unrestricted free agent this offseason.

Drafted out of Arizona by the Ravens in the first-round of the 2003 NFL Draft, Suggs would go on to appear in seven Pro Bowls, be a First-Team All-Pro in 2011, record 599 solo tackles, 35 forced fumbles and seven interceptions.

Thomas started 107 straight games for Seattle from 2010 until suffering a hamstring injury in 2016, the second-longest streak for a position player in team history behind the 121 of guard Chris Gray (1999-2006) and longest of any defensive player.
