Besides the nearly 3-minute long teaser trailer with The Who song Baba O'Riley, Netflix also released 6 episodic publicity images of the ongoing scary adventures of the kids in the small town of Hawkins.

The action-packed snippet features the reunion of Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), Max (Sadie Sink) and Will (Noah Schnapp) and Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo).

The camera then pans through a variety of locations, including a swimming pool and restaurant, with Mike noting: "We're not kids anymore".

"Stranger Things" season 3 drops on Netflix July 4.

This is despite the fact that all we've had up until now are cryptic teases that just confirm that some people will be selling ice cream at Hawkins, Indiana's new Star Court mall and that it will all go down on Independence Day (the USA holiday, not the movie).

Fans of the Netflix series took to Twitter to discuss the trailer for Season 3. The almost three-minute-long clip gives a good idea of what fans can expect when the season drops on July 4.

"If you're a real fan of Stranger Things and you really want to know", Harbour says. There was no mention of this during the new trailer shown during the Nindies showcase, however.
